Oh Christmas! The perfect time of year when flurries shiver through the cold brisk air and the sweet scent of cinnamon and gingerbread fill our kitchens. What is it about Christmas that requires you to bring the sweetest and most delectable treats to the table? Is it the untamed spice of the ginger and cloves or is it the dire need to divulge oneself with sugar before the new years resolutions tie us down? Either way, I know I’m always up for a challenge and a little something new this year seems to fit the running theme of everlasting change.
As we all know (and love), pumpkin pie is the Thanksgiving and Christmas staple for most families desserts.
